SouthernQ was started by husband and wife team, Steve and Sherice in 2009. In search of the best brisket, Steve decided to create his own brisket rub and perfected a blend of spices to create an amazing smoked brisket. Sherice added the idea of southern side dishes to complete the unique taste that has come to set apart SouthernQ.
